Best Sea Bass in Houston

My wife really loves seafood and I want to treat her to a nice place for our anniversary. I have been searching comments and am leaning towards Little's Oyster Bar.

But, a couple of years ago we went to St. Thomas and I had a Sea Bass that was probably the best (non-steak) meal I have ever had. So I am asking, where is the best Sea Bass in town?
