High Rise Condo with Valet and Concierge – Worth It?

People who live / have lived in high rise condos in Houston that offer valet and concierge services, did you feel like it was worth the extra up charge in rent to cover these services? Did using valet at the complex feel safer than self parking in the attached garage? Did having the concierge make you feel like random non-residents weren’t able to get on the elevator?
