Woodchase Apt Advice?

Hi everyone,

I have an intend to move to the Woodchase Aparments @ 2900 S Gessner Rd in the end this month. However, I still have many questions about it like how safety it is, is it worth to live there?

They offered me 2 beds and 2 baths $1236/month (including all utilities except electricity and laundry). My mom is really want to live there as it near her school. I really need advice and experience from those lived/living there. Thanks
