Bellaire considers further proposed changes to Urban Village-Downtown zoning district

Bellaire City Council was presented a list of proposed changes to the Urban Village-Downtown zoning district, or UV-D zoning code, as part of the city’s efforts to improve the city’s downtown area during an Aug. 19 City Council meeting.
