Reba Style Neighborhoods

Looking for homes and neighborhoods in the Houston suburbs that have that prime early 2000s style. Front porches, sidewalks lined with mature trees, brick homes, actual dining rooms…the complete opposite of the modern open concept builds.

The Cinco Ranch area is the only example I have to compare to but not completely sold on CR area. Please share any neighborhoods I should look at!
