Transplants, how long have you been here?

So I was talking to someone recently and it dawned on me how many people I've known who moved to Houston and left in less than 2 years. I personally plan on moving out at the end of the year myself, but I've been here 10 years. So if you are not from the Houston metro, how long have you been here and how long do you plan on staying?
