Blue lot tailgate ticket help

I’m trying to find a site to buy 2 parking spaces for tailgating in the blue lot. The official website is very informative about instructions and rules but I don’t see a place to buy tickets to just park in Blue specifically.

Or do I just show up and buy in person?
