Need advice about wisdom teeth extraction

Early this year, I did a consultation with VCare clinics, where they referred me to UTHealth for my wisdom teeth extraction. I took the x-ray and booked a consultation at UTHealth. I am a student and have no dental insurance. They charged me $400 for initial consultation and now they are charging $2900 for removal of four teeth. This is way over my budget. Can anyone suggest anything that can help me lower my expense, any credit options or any other clinic where I can get it done at less price.
