Nonviolent crime rates in Houston?

In the early months of the epidemic, I read that property crime increased, especially burglaries of unoccupied commercial property.

Is that still going on? Yesterday there was a story on NPR about how violent crimes have been increasing, but overall crimes are down. Car theft, burglaries, etc.

is that happening in Houston too? An exhaustive five-minute search on Google wasn't helpful.
