Friendswood secures nearly $426K bond settlement to finish Blackhawk Boulevard improvements

After the former contractor abandoned the project, the city of Friendswood has hired a new contractor for the Blackhawk Boulevard reconstruction project and reached an agreement with Liberty Mutual Insurance to fund it.
