Help remembering breakfast restaurant from the 2000s

My wife and I are going crazy trying to remember the name of this place:

• it had at least two locations
• they focused on breakfast/brunch foods
• they were a big destination for business breakfasts/brunches
• one location was near Richmond and Shepherd, and one was outside the beltway on or near Westheimer. There may have been other locations, too
• we both think the name had something to do with chickens or eggs but we're not certain
• we also vaguely recall it had a yellow color scheme but, again, we may be wrong
