90’s style blowout / hair cut salons in houston?

Looking for a hair salon that’s able to give me this 90’s light layered blowout look + curtain bangs for me. I have thick curly hair but I wanted something new. Everywhere Ive looked in HOUSTON doesn’t seem to have any photos of clients with this hairstyle / haircut. Any recommendations?
