77018, power on and off and on and off and on and off again

77018 Just off 43rd and Ella, power went on and off 4 times seemed like it got to a transformer or something that wasn't really ready for it and out again. Encouraging though. My best guess is hit bunches of hot houses with thermostats way lower than their current ambient temperature and it was too too much. I'm very much out of my depth though. This all happened around 8:00.
