713 Music Hall – timing & parking

Going to my first concert at 713 music hall. Only one time is posted on the website and the ticket (I'm used to a Doors at A:00, Show at B:00). I called the number on the 713 website and no one picked up. Does anyone know if that time is for doors opening, or for the beginning of the concert?

Also, any spare parking tips? I've street parked around POST during the daytime but idk if that's advisable at night.
