713 Music Hall Seating

We want to see a concert at 713 next month and I’m trying to figure out what tickets to get. I was hoping to get one of the VIP tables on the second floor but they’re grayed out on the Ticketmaster website. Does that mean they aren’t available anymore? I think there are also high tops near the balconies but are those first come, first serve?

Also, would you recommend GA on the first floor or one of the others if you’re short but also want easy enough access to the bar(s) lol?

Ideally, I’d love a seat where we can actually sit down when we get tired but also still have a decent view. Does this even exist?
