713 music hall – best sections to be in? confused

I THINK floor GA is best? since you get the experience of being in a crowd and high energy. then again you cant see s**t with all the ppl there either.

what confuses me is why theres 2nd floor GA. i figured 2nd floor would just be seats? GA 2nd floor sounds like its far and standing in front of a giant crowd by the rail. Same with 3rd floor GA. do they just stand in front of the 2nd/3rd floor seated ppl?

anyways just looking for feedback as to what the pros/cons of some spots are and if theres any standout good sections and some definitely avoid sections
