713 Music Hall

I will be attending a concert soon at 713 music hall, when purchasing tickets, the health check pops up stating you need a printed copy of neg Covid test results or vaccination proof. When I look at this venues website, I see nothing about needing printed proof, or any proof of anything really. I just want to make sure I’m prepared. If proof of neg test or vaccine is required, does it HAVE to be printed?

Has anyone visited this venue lately for a concert?
