610 w loop North bound exit to 59 N reopened!

Way quicker than anticipated! DOT doing something right for a change.

For those that were unaware, people in the far SW side of Houston have been kind of limited in driving to Downtown or the Med center for a few months, with that exit and the south loops exit to 288 N also cut off at the same time.
