60s psychedelic Houston bands
The other day I was listening to Beyond the Beat Generation on my laptop and two separate 60s psychedelic bands from Houston came on the stream. First there was:
and then I heard this tune:
I'm curious if anyone has heard of them. I heard their music for the first time this past Friday.
By the way, Beyond the Beat Generation is a great stream. It's out of the Netherlands. Sometimes the website is up, sometimes not, but I've never had an issue with the stream on 3rd party apps. They also play old school 60s radio ads. I once heard an ad for a show that was going to take place in Sharpstown.
Give it a listen and also let me know if you've heard of those bands. I'm always finding bands I never would've known otherwise, like Bob Hocko and the Swamprats (they're from Pittsburgh not Houston, but an awesome band).
