6 month apartment lease / sister location in Dallas

Hello! I am looking for an apartment complex in the river oaks/heights/medical center area that offers 6 month leases. I have called around a bunch and haven't found any, is there a place anybody has found?

I might have to move to dallas next year, which is why I don't want to sign a 12m lease. I was thinking I could find a place that has a sister property in Dallas but no idea how to start
