590-unit apartment complex opens in Regent Square mixed-use development
The apartment community’s amenities will span 60,000 square feet outside and 16,000 square feet inside The Sterling. That’s not counting a park and 55,000 square feet of street-level retail also included in Regent Square’s second phase.
