59 South abysmal road conditions

Someone needs to be held liable for the rock pellet storm that is driving the stretch of 59 South between 610 and the West park toll road. The shoulders are littered with rocks from resurfacing the road which make their way onto the freeway. It sounds like a hail storm driving through there with all the rocks hitting your car. Best part is it’s been like this for more than a month.
