58-acre mixed-use project planned along Grand Parkway

A nearly 43-acre site along the Grand Parkway southwest of Houston is slated to become part of a 58-acre mixed-use project.

CJ Development recently purchased the 42.67 acres at Highway 99 and West Bellfort Street in Richmond, JLL announced. That land, along with 15 acres of already-purchased acreage, will be turned into a shopping center with retail, restaurant, medical, fitness and other tenants. New townhome units will also be added.
