5 things to know today, plus more road construction in Memorial Park

Happy Friday, Houston! If you’ve driven through Memorial Park this week, you’ve likely noticed even more road construction than there was earlier in the summer. Currently, the eastbound lanes are closed entirely for a portion of Memorial Drive, so traffic is down to one lane in both directions in that area.
