5" or 6" Gutters?

Wife and I bought a new home last year that did not come with gutters. We are now looking to add gutters to our home. I've gotten 3 quotes so far for seamless gutters but don't know if going with 6" really makes that much of a difference? Curious to see what others have on their homes.
