45 S Closed Between I10 and 59 Pierce Elevated

Just drove through downtown heading north on 45 through Pierce Elevated and police had every exit blocked and a large collection of what looked like federal agents with K9 sniffing the freeway around the Dallas exit. Anyone know what's going on? They've got traffic routed to I10 for the time being.
