So many new “luxury” apartment complexes being built in this area. Exxon, HPE, southwestern energy, ABP right down the road and with room for more to follow at “City place”which houses these companies as well as miles of trails leading to the woodlands, tomball, and humble. And resteraunts etc.

Does this all sound promising for the area?
