40+ y/o men, with no kids, careers, are you likely to consider a west coast move?

Hello,

So I'm in xray tech school. I've put dating on hold..33 to 37 by the time I finish.

My goal was to hurry up, get my licensing and move to the west coast.

Financially, it could be another year. So then I'm 38.

I'm starting to feel, that perhaps when that time comes, I need to also see what possibilities are in Houston.

I've lived in Texas, all my life. I don't feel there is anything to do here beyond gyms, parks, movies, and food.

I want to move to a beach city on the west coast, my future wage, I can do it.

What are the chances of meeting someone like me, who wants to get out of Texas?

Is it waste to be on the app if my one of my prompts say: Seeking someone marriage minded, can be older but open to having a family. Someone open to moving to the west coast with me.

I was originally thinking, move to CA as a single person. However, in a year or so timeframe, I could be part of a married couple and move. Like is it really making sense to put dating on hold 33-38 at that point, when I can use the extra year.
