40 acres of land in The Groves in Atascocita dedicated to future retail space
Ashlar Development has finalized the sale of 40 acres of land within The Groves—a master-planned community in Atascocita—to commercial real estate firm Read King for future retail centers, officials announced in a July 31 news release.
