4-building business park in SE Houston sold

East Belt Business Park, a four-building industrial project in the southeast Houston submarket, has traded hands.

A fund advised by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing sold the property to Boston-based TA Realty for an undisclosed amount, according to a press release. A JLL Industrial Capital Markets team led by Managing Director Trent Agnew, Senior Managing Director Rusty Tamlyn, Director Charlie Strauss and Analyst Tom Weber marketed the property.
