30th Birthday Brunch – Houston

Hi! I am looking for a location to host a birthday brunch in January. There will be about 15 people in total. I am open to Houston and surrounding areas. I would prefer a place that we could feel at place a little more dressed up, but it isn't a necessity. Mimosas are definitely a must.
