290 HOV lane signage

Has anyone else noticed the signage on the 290 HOV lane are posted on the wrong sides? The southbound lanes going into town have the HOV time posted 3:30PM to 7PM, while the outbound lanes have 6AM to 9AM. They should be reversed.
