24-screen movie theater to open along Grand Parkway north of Houston
A new 24-screen movie theater is on track to open early next year adjacent to a retail development about 5 miles east of Interstate 45 along the Grand Parkway.
Construction of a 105,389-square-foot Regal Cinemas location is underway at 4495 Riley Fuzzel Road. The movie theater complex is scheduled to open by the end of the first quarter of 2020, according to a website operated by The Woodlands, Texas-based J. Beard Real Estate Co., the developer behind the project.
