21st birthday restaurant with my family?

I turned 21 today and am looking for a nice place to go to dinner tonight with my parents and brother. Somewhere upscale but not crazy expensive in the downtown/midtown/heights/or memorial area. Any recommendations?

(I don’t eat red meat so preferably a place that’s not centered around it like a steak house, but if they have other options I’d be cool with it.)
