211 frustration
Has anyone else experienced the automated 211 voice bot thing? I needed to appeal a ruling on additional assistance for Medicare medication costs. I figured no big deal. The number they give to file an appeal is 211. I dialed 211 and for 20 minutes this auto bot read off numerous things that did not apply to me and after that length of time, I simply hung up. You can not get a real person unless it falls under the numerous anticipated questions a caller may have. There is not alternative for me to file an appeal. Sad, but true. Just curious if others have had this problem.
