21 yo college kid just transferred in

Alright so I’m looking for some advice on the best spots to meet women? I’ve looked into Jigsaw dating but they’re all 25+. Anyone know of another group or bars/clubs that are singles oriented and would accept someone my age? Not big into dating apps due to the fact that it’s just all hookups. TIA!
