GALENA PARK, Texas (KTRK) — A pregnant 19-year-old was among three teenagers who were killed in an apparent murder-suicide at a home in Galena Park Saturday night, according to deputies.

Investigators said the homeowner’s boyfriend of two years killed three teenagers and sexually assaulted her 12-year-old daughter before turning the gun on himself.

The deadly shooting happened at about 10:30 p.m., at a home in the 2000 block of 2nd Street.

Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said there were six people inside the house at the time of the shooting, but the homeowner, the suspect’s girlfriend, was away from the residence.

Investigators said the suspect sexually assaulted his girlfriend’s 12-year-old daughter and told her to run away after the incident. She was able to grab her 1-year-old niece, who was inside the home and run to a nearby house, without any clothes, to seek help, according to HCSO.

Neighbors then called Galena Park police.

When officers arrived, they found four people, 13, 14, 19, and 38 years old, dead at the scene. The 12-year-old told police her mother’s boyfriend sexually assaulted her, and he had shot other family members inside their house.

The 38-year-old suspect was found dead in the master bedroom from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to investigators.

Deputies said the suspect shot and killed the three teenage girls before dying by suicide.

The 19-year-old victim was pregnant and the daughter of the homeowner, the sister of the 12-year-old, and the mother of the 1-year-old who survived, according to HCSO.

I’m ready to let go of my pup’s ashes and would like to do it somewhere on the coast. Obviously Galveston boardwalk is probably not the right place as I assume people don’t want dead dog ash blowing on them. Any recommendations on a nice, relatively unbusy area I could do this?
