I used to work a lot in that area and would take customers & distributors out to lunch frequently. One customer invited me to this restaurant and I ordered the pistachio-stuffed Chicken. I think it was just called stuffed chicken or pollo relleno or something basic, but it was stuffed with something amazing. This was the most extraordinary dish I’ve ever tasted in my life. I later moved further north near Dallas and one time took my wife and in-laws on a day trip back to houston JUST to eat there. Anyway, I know the restaurant closed down a long time ago but I was wondering if ANYBODY had the recipe for that old 5-star chicken dish. I have searched google for “pistachio stuffed chicken” and dozens upon dozens of stuffed chicken recipes over the years, but none have come close to that one. I think it also had a creamy, pistachio/cilantro sauce on it that was to die for. Just curious if anyone remembered this amazing restaurant, and if so, if anyone had tried that amazing chicken dish.

I’m looking for recommendations for a landscaper in Houston to tackle a decent sized project. I need to have ditches dug, possibly drain(s) installed, flagstone+gravel path (open to other ideas here- just need the OLD concrete pavers replaced with something more aesthetically pleasing) around the perimeter, and potentially all beds and trees lined with ledgestone. If the estimate comes out better than I expect and I have some wiggle room in my budget, I will look at having the yard re-sodded as well.

I had a landscaper flake on me, and I’m tired of just googling people with no recommendations or trust. If you know of anyone that’s done good work and isn’t going to gouge me, please either comment or DM. Thanks!
