Read MoreSo basically this is my first (and hopefully last) accident with a car. Long story short, I was riding on the bike lane and the car turned into the bike lane trying to get into a cross road. Didn’t turn on his blinker so basically turned without a warning. Crashed in to the car pretty hard. He asked me if I was OK and adrenaline rush made me seem fine at the time so didn’t exchange any information. 2 hrs later was getting xrayed at urgent care turns out I have a cracked elbow and a hairline wrist fracture. I have no idea who the guy is or anything. What is my recourse from this? Any advise will help. Thank you.
