Read MoreI have a Houston property in the family and need to check on its current condition. (Location is noted in map). I’m out of state at the moment and am unable to do it myself. Willing to Venmo someone $40 to check on a house right in the area that is highlighted on the map. I’d like a few pictures and for you to just tell me the current state that it looks like it’s in compared to neighboring homes.
The original owners have since passed away and one of the older daughters in her 50s supposedly lives there and has been paying the property tax as the mortgage has already been paid off awhile ago. There will be a forced partition sale and we haven’t been able to get in touch with her via phone. I have a one page simple letter that you can print out to give to her after knocking on the door to see if she answers. (worst case, maybe just attach to door or place in underpart of mailbox or something). The letter is essentially giving her our phone number and asking her to contact my wife & I. Hello Texans fans! I am a Detroit Lions fan myself, but I come in peace as my fiancée is a Houston native and Texans fan, so certainly an affinity there. I also have an annoying cousin who ironically enough is a Colts fan, so I’m sure we can all get along.
Wanted to share with you all some scouting reports I did on a couple of players our two teams are likely to be interested in, in hopes that you would find them somewhat useful/enjoyable! There’s a section on their fit with the Lions, so can ignore that portion, but covers some background, strengths, weaknesses, a summary/projection, and plenty of clips cut-up into gifs to demonstrate what I’m talking about.
Anyways, here are posts on two defensive edge rushers, Georgia DE Travon Walker and Oregon DE Kayvon Thibodeaux. I also wrote ones for Aidan Hutchinson and Malik Willis, but I doubt those two are options for y’all, but if you want, you can find them in my profile.
