I’m looking for an endometriosis specialist in Houston.

There are a lot who seem to put reproductive value ahead of patient’s choice and quality of life, so I’m looking for someone who is more focused on my wants and needs, rather than what they think my life should look like.

So far, the person I’ve spoken to has outright refused (before even looking at me) to provide me with a hysterectomy, simply because I’m “young enough to change my mind on having children”. They did not care that I’ve never wanted kids. They wouldn’t even listen to it. I was simply told that I may “change my mind when I find the right person”.

Please, let me know who doesn’t do this. Thank you!
