Read MoreHello everyone,
I live in Houston. I received a letter in the mail from Tx Tag a couple of days ago. It says that I used some toll roads event though I always try to avoid toll roads. Usually ez tag would send the letters with photos of my car to prove that I used their toll road. But in this case I got a plain letter with chart that shows a few toll passes.
Whatever, I decided to pay 4.48 dollars to just get rid of it. I tried to go to their payment section on the website. It doesn’t work. I called the customer service keeps me waiting for too long with no answer. Tried the chat option on the website, it kept me waiting for too long without connecting to an actual human and then ended the chat.
My question is, how can I get rid of this scam? I don’t want problems. I just want to make sure that they don’t have anything to hold against me in the future.

Our drainage sucks on a good day, so how this would affect the drainage is a big concern. Does anyone know who to call to check to see if this construction is permitted or not? Thanks for your help.
