But, I had a few questions:
My salary would likely be somewhere around $80k USD, initially I’d be looking to rent in the downtown/main area of the city (1 br condo or something). How much should I expect to pay monthly in rent?
What’s the safest areas/neighborhoods downtown?
Is $80k salary considered adequate for 1 person in Houston? Whats the cost of groceries/living like?
