I have a noisy neighbor who plays music that makes the floorboards/walls vibrate. I’ve complained to my apartment complex managers, however it seems they are unable to do anything about it.
I talked with an officer that said Katy doesn’t have a noise ordinance where I live. Is there anything I can do? At this point I’m fairly desperate to leave since I am chronically sleep deprived
