Self-Service Sushi Bar

Hello, I was wondering if there was any self- service all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants in Houston with decent quality fish. Kind of like a regular buffet where you can pick and chose your food. But don’t have to wait for the sushi chef to make it for you.
