Eugene Chung controversy: What are the chances it was the Texans?

For context, head coach candidate Chung was told by an interviewer that he wasn’t the “right minority”

Now why this could possibly be the Texans is because during the offseason, the only team that hired a head coach that was the “right minority” happened to be Houston. The only other minority head coach hired was Saleh who is also of the “wrong minority” while every other vacancy was filled by white men and it has been no secret that Houston was specifically looking for a black head coach. While I don’t think it was the Texans who directly made that call, the fact that it could have been the search firm McNair hired will only make people think the Texans did it if of course it was the firm.

Story dropped over the weekend so I do expect it to be more widely covered when the talking heads for sports talk shows come back to their day jobs
