Read MoreSo I’ve recently been accepted for my first apartment, yeeeees, and the manager recommended I go with Reliant.
I’ll be living on the 3rd floor, RIP to me, so it’ll probably get really hot during the summer but I won’t be moving in until end of July. I’m using powertochoose.org to compare rates and Reliant is offering a deal for new customers at a fixed 24-month rate, where it’s:
500kWh for 11.4 cents
1000kWh for 10.4 cents
2000kWh for 9.9 cents
I live in a house with 5 people and a baby so the energy bill is pretty high, especially around this time. I do what I can to conserve power but I’ll be in the same area as my family (about 20 minutes away).
I’ll be living alone but I work everyday except Sunday, and won’t be home until around 5-6 so I can keep certain appliances unplugged and lights off. I am shopping around currently and have time, but I wonder….
