Any experience with the apartments I’m considering?

I’m looking at 1BR with balcony at the following places, in order of pricing. I’m really picking up on the vibe and location at sunrise, but Gables seems like it has the potential to be the lowest overall cost with slightly higher quality.

https://www.sunrisebythepark.com/

  • great location, walkable

  • more “community vibe”

  • Only place with TVs at the pool (pro or con?)

  • great common areas

  • low quality finishes

  • open halls

https://leftbankriveroaks.com/

  • expansive outdoor common area along bayou

  • ground floor unit w/juliet balcony

  • nice bathroom finish, ok in other rooms

  • open halls

https://www.gables.com/communities/texas/houston/gables-post-oak/

  • best finishes, highest ceilings

  • best view

  • Closest commute to grocery & gym.

  • parking/traffic frustrations?

  • rent price increases?

  • worst access to running trails.
