This can only happen if the NBA season is delayed, as it usually finishes in the second week of April. In this case the Astros have amassed 17 wins in 32 games while the Rockets have played 67 games and only won 16.
EDIT: for clarity, I am referring to the case where a MLB team having more wins than their NBA currently has, while their season is still active.
