Read MoreI am a gay guy that has gotten very fat over COVID. I’m usually at 200… but I gained 70 lbs over the past year. I lost my partner to COVID, and one reason for this was his weight. This threw me into a spiral of eating and depression.
Now that I am vaccinated I am trying to get out of this funk and lose some weight, but a combination of being out of shape and LGBT is making it hard to contact a personal trainer. I may be stereotyping what I think these gyms to be, but I feel I won’t be accepted for both these reasons.
